These running sessions for 2 to 5 people are fun. You do the exercises together, but there’s still room for individual attention and advice. A great idea for small businesses or groups of friends.

A training session for groups of up to 40 people, in which the instructors explain techniques, movement and coordination. They also include practical exercises designed to optimise your running technique. Our concrete, clear explanations help you to understand the theory of running and enjoy the practice.
